MSDHost Terms of Service
Effective date: August 10, 2026
These terms govern use of MSDHost websites, web hosting, domain services, My MSDHost, support, and any VPS or managed service accepted through a written quote. By placing an order or using a service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, maintain a secure account, and have authority to order and manage the domains, websites, data, and services connected to your account. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials.
Orders and payment
Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Service activation occurs only after confirmed payment and successful validation. Taxes, registry charges, premium-domain pricing, provider costs, and payment-method availability may vary. MSDHost may reject or hold an order when pricing, identity, funding, availability, fraud, registry requirements, or technical readiness cannot be verified safely.
Web hosting
Hosting is subject to the limits of the purchased plan. Customers are responsible for their content, application security, software updates, backups appropriate to their risk, and compliance with law and the Acceptable Use Policy. MSDHost may apply reasonable technical limits to protect platform stability.
Nonpayment may lead to notices, a past-due state, suspension, and eventual administrator-approved termination. A paid renewal may reactivate an eligible suspended service. Termination can remove the live service after the applicable retention and approval process.
Domains
Domain availability is not guaranteed until the registry accepts the registration. Domain orders are subject to registrar and registry rules, required contact data, eligibility requirements, and dispute policies. You authorize MSDHost and its registrar partners to submit the information required for registration, renewal, transfer, contact changes, DNS, and nameserver management.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate registrant details and completing verification requests. Domain expiration or transfer may cause service interruption. Renewal preferences do not authorize a charge by themselves; payment is required unless a separately disclosed automatic billing arrangement is active.
VPS services
The VPS storefront currently operates in verified quote mode. A request is not a purchase, and no VPS is promised until capacity, specifications, provider cost, payment terms, and provisioning requirements are confirmed. Any accepted quote may include additional service-specific terms.
Support and maintenance
Support is provided through the available MSDHost channels. Maintenance, emergency security work, upstream failures, registry processing, DNS propagation, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Estimated completion times are not guarantees unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Suspension and termination
MSDHost may suspend or restrict services for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, resource harm, false information, or violation of these terms. Where practical, MSDHost will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken when needed to protect users, networks, registries, or the public.
Backups and data
Any MSDHost backup feature is an additional safeguard, not the customer’s only backup. Customers should maintain independent copies of important data. After cancellation or termination, data may be deleted according to operational retention schedules.
Service changes
MSDHost may update plans, features, providers, technical requirements, and these terms. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated through the site, portal, or available contact channel when practical.
Responsibility and limitations
Services are provided with reasonable care but cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MSDHost is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer content or configuration, third-party platforms, registry decisions, internet routing, attacks, or events outside reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
